On Saturday, we had a wonderful turnout for our 2018 Spring Potluck BBQ. Thank you all for bringing such an amazing selection of food to share with one another. It wouldn’t have been as successful without your help. We hope that you had a great time, had a chance to reconnect and made some new friends. We would also like to especially thank Carol Stavro-Galea who spent countless hours organizing the event and all the moms, dads, students and family members that took the time out of their busy schedules to come out to help setup, cook, serve and cleanup! Also, a special thanks goes out to Rahul Chawla who donated those tickets. His generosity, the hard work of Carol and our other parent volunteers helped us raise $323 towards the Teresa Phung Nguyen Scholarship Fund. This exceeded our initial goal of $2000!!! So we decided to increase the goal now to $4000.
