One-Step Sparring (All moving to right into a Riding Horses Stance)

One-Step Sparring #1
Step 1: With your right leg, step to the right and execute an inside-outside knife hand block with your left hand
Step 2: Execute a right hand high punch (to your nose level OR if you’re practicing with a partner; to their nose level).
One-Step Sparring #2
Step 1: With your right leg, step to the right and execute an inside-outside knife hand block with your left hand
Step 2: Execute a right hand outside-inside knife hand strike (to your neck level OR if practicing with a partner; to their neck level)
One-Step Sparring #3
Step 1: With your right leg, step to the right and execute an inside-outside knife hand block with your left hand
Step 2: Execute a right-hand palm strike (to your nose level OR if practicing with a partner; to their nose level)
One-Step Sparring #4
Step 1: With your right leg, step to the right and execute an inside-outside knife hand block with your left hand
Step 2: Bring your right hand (as a clenched fist) into your left and execute a right elbow strike (to your jaw level OR if practicing with a partner; to their jaw level) while transitioning into a front stance
One-Step Sparring #5
Step 1: With your right leg, step to the right and execute an inside-outside knife hand block with your left hand

Step 2: Execute a right-hand piercing knife hand strike (to your neck level OR if practicing with a partner; to their neck level)
